How In+ter works · moderated conversation
A question can become a conversation.
In+ter brings different views into hosted live sessions. A moderator helps questions move between the speaker and the room. Smaller follow-up sessions and a witness mode are in development; see what works today and what comes next.
What makes In+ter different
From listening to taking part.
The first Summit used RingCentral Events to bring speakers, moderators and participants into the same live rooms. The format we are developing gives a good question somewhere to go next.
At the first Summit
Ask, hear, respond
Questions, upvotes and polls sat beside the speaker. A moderator helped the exchange move and made room for different views.
In development
Follow the conversation
We are shaping smaller hosted sessions where interested people can continue with a speaker. Breakouts and moderated on-screen participation can make that exchange more human. Details for future Summits will be published when confirmed.
Between Summits
Find people to build with
The member pilot now offers introductions, an opt-in directory and a shared feed. Topic rooms, webinars and project meetings are planned as the network grows.
Witness profile, in development. This is a way to observe live, moderated conversations. You can follow how a question is explored without going on camera. In future formats, a moderator may invite participants to join the exchange on screen.

The talk fills the window. Everyone can watch the spotlight stream. Inside the ticketed summit, the rail on the right is where the room talks back: questions, upvotes, one poll at a time, and a box for yours.

The problem
Much of what we need is out of view.
Food, repairs, building, care, work and credit reach us through networks that can stretch far beyond home. They bring real benefits, but most of us have little say in how they work.
In+ter asks one practical question. How can we see more of what our lives depend on, have more say in how it works, and build more capability together?
Was the trade a mistake?
No. It bought cheaper goods and longer lives. It also moved capability out of ordinary hands, and most of us noticed only when something in the chain stopped working.
What interdependence means here
The ordinary arrangement in between.
Interdependence is people who need each other, know it, and organise for it. A neighbour who fixes what you cannot. A neighbour you trust who can care for your kids at short notice.
Not growing your own wheat. A say in who meets your needs.
Who this is for
Every arrangement above is somebody choosing to be depended on, and then turning up. In+ter is for people willing to be depended on.

Sovereignty. A meaningful say in your own life.
What should we choose for ourselves, what do we decide together, and how do we protect each other’s freedom?
Pillar 02
Belonging. To be known somewhere.
The people and places that help us feel welcome, speak honestly, show up for one another, and stay connected through disagreement.
Pillar 03
Vitality. To have life left for living.
Health is shaped by care, food, rest, movement, relationships, and the conditions in which we raise children and grow older.
Pillar 04
Regeneration. Leave a place more alive.
How can we restore land and water, grow food, and build ways of living that give back to the places that sustain us?
Pillar 05
Prosperity. Enough to live well, and something left to share.
How can work, housing, ownership, and wealth create lasting security for the people and places that make them possible?
Disagreement is welcome. Bring curiosity, speak plainly and challenge ideas without humiliating people. Speakers speak for themselves, not for In+ter.
Accountability stays in the room. Openness does not excuse harassment, deception, coercion, hate or dehumanisation. Threats and violence are outside the room too. Member reports go to staff for review. We are building a network policy where a third strike for lesser breaches ends access, while confirmed threats, hate or violence can lead to immediate removal. We will not tell you how to vote. In+ter is not a party, a campaign or a candidate.
Make something practical. We look for solutions that people can build together. Leave with people you can call, ideas you can test and one thing you can begin where you live.
