Every entry is used. Some get the spotlight.
Every entry that passes review is part of the summit. The organisers also highlight the pieces that stop them. That is a judgment call.
No cash prize. A highlighted piece gets its own moment, with your name on it.
The rules, plainly
Who Anyone, except residents of Quebec, which regulates contests separately. Under 18, an adult sends it for you.
